Squid & Cuttlefish Salad, Kvarner style

250g squid (calamari)
250g cuttlefish
300g potatoes
1/2 finely chopped onion
3 cloves finely minced garlic
1 tblsp chopped parsley
4 tblsp olive oil
1 tblsp vinegar
Salt & Pepper to taste
Clean the squid and cuttlefish and boil until tender. Remove and let cool.
Peel and boil the potatoes until done.
Let cool and cut into 1/4 " pieces
Mix the parsley, garlic and onion.
Combine the potatoes, squid, cuttlefish and parsley mixture.
Add olive oil, vinegar, salt & pepper and mix well.
Serve at room temperature.
